Confrence Finals

The Second Round of the NBA Playoffs has come to an end. With the Oklahoma Thunder facing the San Antonio Spurs for the Western Conference title. And The Indiana Pacers taking on the former NBA champions the Miami Heat for the Easter Conference title. All 4 teams have worked hard to get here not only in the playoffs but also in the regular season. For those of you who aren't aware of how the playoffs are laid out, all teams compete throughout the season for 82 games. Then the best 8 teams from both the west and east advance to the playoffs where their rankings determine who the will face. There's the First Round of the playoffs, then the Semi- Conference Finals, next the Conference Finals, And finally the Finals.
Just like The first round, there is always a little drama that takes pace with these big games. In the Series between the Los Angeles Clippers And the Oklahoma Thunder who were competing for a spot in the Conference Finals, there was a lot of controversy in game 5 where both teams trying to take a 3-2 Lead. However they couldn't make that possible. Through out that game The Clippers maintained the lead through out most of the game and when it came to the 4th quarter most fans and spectators thought they had this game in their pockets. However the thunder made one last push which got them within 6 with 42 seconds left. That's when things got out of hand. A few bad calls were made from the ref, one that according to Dock Rivers (Head Coach of the Clippers) was a "Series defining" call. Doc Rivers was later fined for his comments and the Los Angeles clippers couldn't force a game 7.
